A broadly-based practice, held to one standard.

Established in 1957 by Louka J. Louka, the firm became Louka & Mitry Office in 1995 when Moussa K. Mitry joined as partner — a union that produced one of the largest and most experienced law offices in Syria.

The office is located in the heart of Damascus's business district, in close proximity to the law courts, the Central Bank, and the governmental ministries our practice regularly appears before. Our team of more than sixteen qualified lawyers is supported by associated experts across the fields our clients' matters touch.

We report regularly to clients on legal and regulatory developments — company and commercial law, Central Bank of Syria regulation, Commercial Register practice, and the rules of the Capital Market Authority and Damascus Stock Exchange — so that changes in Syrian policy never arrive as a surprise.
